add new network printer workflow

When adding a network printer (see steps 1 to 4 in the attached screenshot) it could be a bit easier detectable if

a) the list box with the available printers would be larger (see 5 in the screenshot) or

b) the node "Detected network printers" would be located directly beneath "Manual URI" in the list box.
