Hi Michael, Your tablet is listed on the community wiki[1] as Unknown, so you might be the first one to try Krita and explore the compatibility with this device. It doesn't mean the device can't work but it means no developper can try your bug now and I doubt UGEE made an effort to adapt their driver for Krita. We can probably start by updating your versions: I see in your report you are using the version 3.1.4 of Krita on MSWindows. Can you try to install a newer version [2] 3.2.1 and see if you still have the bug? The developers of Krita are continuously working on improving the support for a wider range of tablet, maybe a fresher version will change something for you. You can also try to go to the UGEE website and download a recent version of the UGEE driver. Sometime, tablet manufacturer fixes also things on their side. If it still happens with the latest version of the UGEE driver, please take a tablet log by following this link: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#What_if_your_tablet_is_not_recognized_by_Krita.3F
waiting for info
