When having a chat window for ICQ open the taskbar entry for this chat window does not show the correct presence icon for the chat partner. It always shows the "offline" icon.
The chat windows itself shows the correct icon.

Correction: the taskbar icon is not always showing the "offline" icon but shows the status of the chat partner when the chat windows was opened. So when the chat partner was online at the time of opening the windows the icon will stay at "online" (greenish status icon) even when chat partner goes offline.

Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version?

Well, this bug is 5 years old... haven't used telepathy for a very long time.
