slider-thumb-isnt-fully-dragging

kirigami-gallery 2.2.0+p16.04+git20170830

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to drag bottom slider thumb in Widget gallery to left or right side.
2. Cursor should stay in horizontal track space of the slider.

Actual result:
If cursor stays in horizontal track space of the slider upon moving - thumb moves to current cursor position only after mouseup action - not upon cursor moving.
