I have no idea why this set of icons are chosen for Dropbox in breeze icon set. Why not use original Dropbox icons? Anyway current icons are virtually the same as owncloud's client icon set. And because of that I have 2 indistinguishable icons in tray area and its not so obvious which icon is for which app.
dropbox icons can't be used cause of copyright issues.
Well that's reasonable but using owncloud's icons is not acceptable solution to this problem.
can you send a screenshot and how you installed dropbox cause when I download it from the webpage I didn't get breeze icons in the system tray cause as fare as I know the icons are hardcoded
Created attachment 107796 [details] owncloud tray icon
Created attachment 107797 [details] dropbox tray icon with breeze icon theme
Created attachment 107798 [details] dropbox tray icon with relevant icons in breeze icon theme removed
I am not sure how this is connected to the problem at hand. If the icons are not used (but they are) why are they included in the icon set? The real question is why included icons are "stolen" from another app? But here are the answers: instalation on fedora: dns install dropbox (rpmfusion-nonfree repo) I also included some screenshots
