After a zypper dup, my dolphin starts to no longer showing any thumbnail. At first, I didn't notice it causing cpu to have 100% load, until today I run it along TF2 and found it causing systemd-coredump to clog my PC up. Below I will attach a console output. My distro is 42.3 Leap, CPU is i5 670, with 4GB RAM.

Do previews work elsewhere? (e.g. Folder View in Plasma)
All image preview in plasma including the kde file chooser, desktop image chooser are not working properly while gwenview can still show images
Did you reboot after 'zypper dup'?
(In reply to Christoph Feck from comment #4) > Did you reboot after 'zypper dup'? yes
I currently disabled further coredumping by following Arch wiki to avoid the constant clogging
Please start kdeinit5 in a terminal and try again, then copy here the output you get.
may I ask, how can I accomplish it? I tried to open it on icewm, the kde session couldn't be started.
i dont think this is useful: kdeinit5: Shutting down running client. Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString)
Is this still happening?
I wiped my opensuse install so I could not confirm.
