Locking the screen by any means produces a black screen with white text reporting that "The screen locker is broken and unlocking is not possible anymore". This began after installing a bunch of KDE Neon updates yesterday. Same issue on Kubuntu 17.04 with NVIDIA driver 384.69 using "Kubuntu Backports" ( https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/backports?field.series_filter=zesty ).
