Notifications icon is system tray is almost invisible when I use dark theme.
And it's inconsistent because others icons in system tray are white and notifications icon is grey.

It's gray when there's nothing going on. If there's somehing going on it's white and/or blue, no?

as fare as I know it's light gray when nothing is happend and blue when you get a notification.

I also thought it should be the default gray when nothing going on. cause now there is an opacity.

if someone of the plasma theme say change to default gray (text color) than I can submitt the patch.
