Description Ali 2017-08-25 08:23:21 UTC
With desktop in folder view, I copy a file from another folder to the desktop. I used fff.mp3 for the example.

I open fff.mp3 in vlc to play it.

I close vlc then rename fff.mp3 to abc.mp3.

I double click abc.mp3 to open it and get the error:

Unable to run the command specified. The file or folder /home/alex/Desktop//fff.mp3 does not exist.

This has happened several times - KDE is trying to open the old filename, and not use the new filename.
