not sure what version this really is:

Package: plasma-framework
Version: 5.28.0-2

since the lates update, even a "tiny" title bar is huge -- and worse, resizing the window also resizes the title bar.

this is counter intuitive and counter productive -- why should a _title bar_ resize, just because I want more room for the _contents_? I actually _lose_ valuable screen real estate for no reason or benefit.

after the latest updates, the title bar at "tiny" is back to tiny.
resizing issue was not reproducible on another machine, and in fact, also not on the original machine.

I am now unsure whether it really occured or I confused something else with it.

from my PoV this bug can be closed
