When pressing (Cmd Z) Undo, the shortcuts for Eye Dropper (Cmd) and Pan (Space) become inoperable. (Other keys could potentially be effected as well)

To "fix" this, clicking on the internal window of the file restores functionality.

If "multiple document mode" is set to Windowed, this bug appears more often.
In Tabbed mode, it is less consistently reproducible. 

Behavior was also observed in version 3.1.4

I'm sorry, but I just cannot reproduce the issue, nor can the other macOS developer here at the sprint.
