KMail2 CLI trace - 2017-08-23

When KMail2 is started via a bash CLI, the attached stdout and stderr output is generated.

In particular the following output is not expected:

 * js: Uncaught TypeError: qt.jQuery is not a function

 * "Tag 'b' is not defined in message {<__kuit_internal_top__><b>Note:</b> This is an HTML message. For security reason...}."

 * "Tag 'a' is not defined in message {<__kuit_internal_top__><b>Note:</b> This is an HTML message. For security reason...}."

It was already fixed in last version.
