I set a folder to register default.
At the first capture, the folder proposed with the command "save as" is "/" 
At the second and more capture, it is ok.
With the command "Save" it is ok every time.

Is it possible to have the good folder with the command "save as" at the first capture?

This was fixed recently. Please re-open if you can still reproduce the issue in the upcoming Spectacle 18.12.0 once it's released.
