copy/move a big file to other partition/device
cancel the operation before it finishes

Confirmed with Dolphin 16.12.3, in Kubuntu 17.04.

Right. Dolphin could check whether the kio job ended with the ERR_USER_CANCELED error and cleanup the incomplete destination file.
