"Prune selection" does not delete hidden files in build directory ( for example .ninja_log ). 

Is it possible to add an option to delete hidden files when using "Prune selection"?

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Build a project using Ninja 
2. "Prune selection"

Kdevelop version: 5.1.1
OS: Gentoo Linux
Kdevelop build using ebuild from official repo.
USE flags: gdbui, handbook, ninja, plasma, qmake
