Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Kirigami Gallery and try to change it's window height.

Jittering also happens in any of gallery section.

unfortunately it seems this seems to be a bug of QML itself as even a very simple qml file with just rectangles seems to have this problem during resize :/

Bug persists.

I have made changes in Qt 6.9 that should aleviate any issues with a simple rectangle. 

Lets assume this is fixed, if issues persist in Kirigami on > Qt 6.9 please open a new bug.
