Borders on maximized windows

Could be a bug or a feature request depending on how you look at it. Maximized windows with vrunner engine (and potentially others) show the frame outline and borders on the left / right and top of the maximized window. Ideally the borders (2px) are removed on the maximized windows.

I'm not sure if this duplicates the functionality of the original Emerald engine, however I would file the same bug / feature request with them if it was still developed. ;)

And, glad to see that this has been ported to 5!

Very rounded window decorations have an extra issue where, because smaragd always draws window control buttons at the farthest possible point on maximized windows, sometimes buttons will be partially off of the window decorations.

Emerald in compiz actually always gets rid of rounding on maximized windows, and IMO that would be the ideal behavior for smaragd in addition to not drawing the borders.
