Dotfiles can be half transparent and cutting files with 'Ctrl+X' combination can make them half transparent too.

There also can be option in Konfigurator for toggling of this feature.

Agreeing with what Alex Bikadorov wrote, this bug is confirmed in the wishlist. Thanks for thinking about how to improve Krusader!
