Reproducible: Sometimes

1. Removable drives are not displayed in Path dropdown - 'left-panel-removable-drives-are-not-shown' and 'right-panel-removable-drives-are-shown' screenshots.
2. 'Safely Remove' menu entry is shown at the top of Path dropdown - 'right-panel-top-safely-remove-menu-entry' screenshot.
3. 'Safely Remove' menu entry is shown at the bottom of Path dropdown - 'left-panel-bottom-safely-remove-menu-entry'.
4. Two 'Safely Remove' menu entry are shown at the top and at the bottom of Path dropdown - 'left-panel-two-safely-remove-menu-entries' screenshot.

Also there can be solution to display eject button near drive name in Navigator menu and not display it as separate 'Safely Remove' menu entry in it.

Although it reproduces sometimes, it was not hard to catch and it seems to be deterministic based on the dir path, so should be not very hard to debug.
