Just like in KShutdown.

Cause now - if you launch KGet - then close it - and then try to launch it again (from Application Menu or KRunner) - nothing would happen.

Or other solution - KGet can be restored from tray icon if it's launched again.

Confirmed on 20.08.3, there should be a notification when trying to launch it again that it's in the tray or show the program when launched again.
