Description: Checking the "Reverse Scrolling" (vertical and horizontal) have no effect.

    Overview: I would like to enable reverse scrolling, but when I check the boxes in System Settings it doesn't change anything. I am clicking Apply.

    Steps to Reproduce: Minimized, easy-to-follow steps that will trigger the bug. Include any special setup steps.

        1) Open System Settings
        2) Click on Input Devices
        3) Click on Touchpad
        4) Navigate to the Scrolling tab
        5) Select reverse scrolling for vertical, horizontal or both.
        6) Test out your new scroll settings and be disappointed :( 


    Actual Results: Reverse scrolling was not enabled.

    Expected Results: Reverse scrolling should be enabled.
