I only checked "Widget Style" and "Windows Decoration(s)". On my system, one is the System Settings KCM, the other is the Breeze KCM. On your system, you might also have Oxygen installed, which could add a third entry. Not sure about the fourth entry you have for "Widget Style", please check by running those. The Breeze/Oxygen KCMs could be renamed, either prefixed by "Breeze/Oxygen", or "Widget/Window" replaced by "Breeze/Oxygen". Adding Hugo for his opinion. For the other modules, a similar investigation needs to be made. I could not reproduce those, probably because I have a minimal system which lacks many components.
