since the update to lde app 17.07.90
kontact does start

sorry

it is "kde app" instead of "lde app"
and
"kontact does not start" instead of "kontact does start"

it's a problem with your distro
you need to update libksieve too

libksieve version is 17.07.90

i found that kontact is still 17.04.

perhaps this is the prtoblem ?
