I have set this to critical because there is no way to identify stable versions from development versions to do white/black lists in a tracker.

I have installed KTorrent 5.0.1 to test but the user agent it sends is KTorrent 5.0dev instead KTorrent 5.0.1. Sending a correct user agent is useful for white black listing purposes. If a important bug that breaks somehow reports it's possible to maintain certain versions blocked.

With previous KTorrent series like 3.x and 4.x that was also the behavior used.
