Screen Shot with scrubber right over title

I make a title, put it on the timeline, but when i move the scrubber over it, or render it, it shows nothing but a Black screen image

I found it works when put over a Picture or Video, but the issue is I cannot change the colour of the font in the title window

You should be able to change the title color by simply selecting the text and editing the color from the title dialog. Can you describe more precisely why you cannot change the text color and how you attempted to do it ?
I attached a screenshot of the title color option.

I have gotten an Update to Kdenlive and it has solved that Problem.  Isn't wonderful how that works.
