The file can be downloaded from Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxj26Cn9N3JFZG5hLTlOcHFtS00/view?usp=sharing Photoshop can open the said PSD file from Krita correctly. Also re-saving it in Photoshop restores the correct colors in Unity.
Hm... The linked psd is different from the one shown in the screenshot. Do you also have the file saved as .kra? Oh... And have you also tried reporting the issue to the unity developers? Photoshop, krita and gimp can load the file you linked to and show the same rendering, so I'm not convinved it's not a unity bug...
