Description Jean-Claude 2017-07-28 02:55:58 UTC
There are four color schemes.
Except in the Moonless scheme the opaque horizon has a too violent color which is not adjustable.
A wish : the opaque horizon should not be completely opaque.

What is 'too violent' color? You do not have to choose any predefined color scheme, just define your own.

I am not sure my comment went through.
The reason why the opaque horizon should not be completely opaque is when we change the time forward it's nice to see what constellations will pop out of the horizon

I couldn't find anywhere how to change the opaque ground color. It is always bright green. And opaque.

Settings --> Configure KStars --> Colors

As per discussion, this is not a bug. The Horizon color can be configured in the Settings.
