shadow from panel on krita window

There is an option for windows (thought without possibility to disable). It would be nice to have similar option for panel:
- adjustment of shadow intensity
- possibility to disable it entirely, currently it's visible on app window (take a look @screenshot)

Alternative themes may not have shadows.

We don't want to simulatenously have a theme setting something and a user setting something as it gets complicated for something unnecessary.

Shadow under panel interacts directly with maximized window. That can be confusing, when canvas or 3D viewport is near panel, as shadow alters content of canvas or window that contains artwork - that can be bad for artists.
Hope it's good enough reason to introduce such option or just remove panel shadow by default.

Currently only way to get rid of shadow is using panel autohide feature or use theme without shadow - it's available in kde store but it's not "factory made" if you know what I mean.
