When I create a new budget, I'm able to rename it, and change the year in the grid. Renaming works as expected, but the new year won't stick. When I change tabs the year resets to the current fiscal year. When I right-click on the budget I can select to change the year of the budget, which works as expected. I suppose it shouldn't be possible at all to change the year in the grid, but only using the selector.
