When moving files or folders from my "home" (ext4 partition) to a fat32 partition, for example, moving file "/home/user/document.txt" to folder "/media/FAT_partition/folder". Krusader moved file successfully, but, then would show error message: 'Access denied to /media/FAT_partition/folder/document.txt' [Retry] [Cancel] If [Cancel], then no problem occurs. If [Retry], then it threw another message: 'The file or folder /home/user/document.txt does not exist' [Retry] [Cancel] If [Cancel], Krusader crashes. Moving file/folder from fat32 partition to ext4 have no problem.
Please try the same with Dolphin. Could be a problem with the filesystem layer (KIO).
You are right, Dolphin is the same. (In reply to Alex Bikadorov from comment #1) > Please try the same with Dolphin. Could be a problem with the filesystem > layer (KIO).
Which version of "kio" is installed? Please ask for help in a forum of your distribution.
OK! I'll report to the distro. (In reply to Christoph Feck from comment #3) > Which version of "kio" is installed? Please ask for help in a forum of your > distribution.
If you can provide the information requested in comment #3, please add it.
Is this still an issue? If yes, please add the information requested in comment #3.
No response, changing status. If you have new information, please add a comment.
