example qt application (press fullscreen, then press maximize)

When doing
showFullScreen()
showMaximized()
in a qt-application, the maximize effect is triggered and looks like the window got maximized from a smaller geometry.

In this case the maximize effect should either not trigger or be animated to transition from fullscreen directly to maximized.

The maximize effect animated from restored to maximized geometry when the maximize state changes. It does not know that the window is fullscreen, it never sees this transition.

This issue report is quite old. Can you please confirm, that it still persists with KDE 5.23?
