Reginal settings & reminder dialog with wrong 'date time' value

On 2 Neon User system (desktop, laptop), that use English as language and German regional settings: When the Reminder daemon dialog pops up:

bug: The format of 'date time' values is uses mm/dd/yy 12 h format

expected result: German date format is used for 'date time' as for the 'trigger time' column (see screenshot birthday is 10th July not, 7th October).

since I don't use German locale or datetime formats, I'd appreciate if someone else could test the patch at

Hi Allen, thx a lot! I've tested the fix in KDE neon dev unstable (master) and can confirm that it fixes the problem.
