Everu move mouse or window cosing unacceptable shaking whole screen on main UHD monitor. If I turn off second monitor shaking is smaller but still exist.

This seems to be a driver problem then, nothing we can't solve in KScreen. Please file a bug against your graphics driver. Sorry I can't help much with this issue.
