I have collections of images spread across multiple removable Hard drives - I use either USB slot in caddies or SATA drive hot plug caddies (Backups are done by mirroring the drive using robocopy /mir) I've started using digiKam and was adding one of my removable drives and it was changed to local (SATA Hot Plug caddie). I'd like this to be marked as removable (so digiKam does assume it will always be present) plus Windows might not assign the same drive letter next time. I haven't tested as yet with USB

As exemple, in this screenshoot, see my Iphone 7 connected and disconnected from USB port: https://i.imgur.com/dfL1Grs.png Of course, if nothing happen in this view, this want mean that device is not recognized at all from Solid framework, and end-user need to report this problem to Solid team.
