I always thought this was caused by my usage of the old Oxygen icons, but it also does not work with the default Breeze icon: The KDE task switcher does not display an application icon for kMail, see attachments. KMail Version 5.5.2 KDE Frameworks 5.35.0 Qt 5.9.0 (kompiliert gegen 5.7.1) Das xcb Fenstersystem Plasma 5.10.2 This might possibly be a duplicate of Bug #374627, but I'm not sure.
