Konqueror http://www.allaboutvision.com/nutrition/cataracts.htm gets stuck in x32 mode, as seen with strace. Reproducible. This is not the only site Konqueror does this on.

Version is 4.14.16.

$ uname -a
Linux caracal 4.4.0-78-generic #99-Ubuntu SMP Thu Apr 27 15:29:09 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU.

Please check with your distribution if all of your libraries and plugins, including libflashplayer, are compiled in x86_64 mode.
