screenshots of filter dialog, manage tags dialog and addressbook

referring to Bug ID 291152 I report that a filter which takes the following parameter

Criteria:
"Match all of the following"
<To> <is not in addressbook>
Action:
<Add to Addressbook> <To> in addressbook <"new contacts">
                          with category <"new contact">

results in several duplicates:
1. As I "Apply" the Filter Rules Dialog the category tags change back to default and result in tag duplicates in Manage Tag Dialog
2. As I apply the filter on a list of sent emails it results in contact duplicates in the addressbook "new contacts"

Thanks for your help!
