Created attachment 106235 [details] (Zoom Buttons) Hello, I wish it were possible to fit the page / width with "toggling" margins. In my opinion it would serve to: - emphasize (passepartout) - tell with one quick look, that we're not zoomed-in - avoid unwanted clicking out of the viewport / scrolling. (Simple mockup in attachment, maybe with some other zoom buttons)
That's a lot of buttons in a critical bar area. My suggestion: Leave the zoom options as they are (combobox with different settings, together with Fit to X). Add margins settings in the Configure Krita so one can adjust it to their own preference. Those settings would be global and always applicable when the user calls "Fix to X". This wish report needs more discussion, I believe, because of the amount of added buttons.
In the same nature of "knowing if we are zommed in" I could suggest a "toggle zoom" that while the button is pressed is shows the full image, when the button is unpressed zoom goes back to previous state. I personally don't get this problem at all, but I think it can be usefull when you are working with no dockers.

Thanks vanyossi. I think it would be a nice feature to have.
