When I press the "Alt", the active letters get underscore. The _C_lose *does not* work, the button must be clicked (or pressed by Tab+Space). The difficulty tab switching ( _M_edium + _H_ard only in my case) *does* work, so some keys work. Esc does close the high-score dialogue too. How to reproduce: * probably play+finish a game to have some high-score * enter name * Alt+C = nothing happens If high-score dialogue is available without scores, then Ctrl+H opening it should be enough to reproduce.
Interesting. Some games (klickety, samegame, probably others) have the same issue. Others (e.g. ksnakeduel) do not.
ksnakeduel is still Qt4 (until the next release of KDE Applications). Which version of Qt and KDE Frameworks do you use? You can see it from the Help->About <app> menu entry, "Libraries" tab.

Offline discussion with Luigi: This seems to be a dupe of https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-61197. I see the same issue e.g. in Help->About dialogs.
