Screenshot of the print dialog triggering the issue

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a multi-page PDF file with Okular, e.g., http://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/GRE/pdf/gre_research_validity_data.pdf
2a. Click "File"->"Print"
2b. Select "Print to File (PDF)"
2c. Select a valid location for "Output file:"
2d. Press "Options >>"
2e. Open the "Pages" tab
2f. Select a number higher than one in the "Pages Per Sheet" groupbox, e.g., "6"
2g. Press "Print"
3. Verify the output file
    => Observed: the output file contains 1 page per sheet
    => Expected: the output file contains 6 pages per sheet

It would be nice if this would work, currently I have to switch to using GNOME's 'Documentviewer' to get the job done, there it works fine.
