highpass filter crackle example

Bandpass, highpass, lowpass, equalizer, bandreject (probably others too). These audio filters applied to track or clip cause audible crackling in the sound output. It sounds very regular, some 4 times per second and I guess the period is related to window/buffer size. This defect is present in rendered video too, so it's not only a preview artefact.

OS: Windows 10. Kdenlive 17.04.0, MLT version 6.5.0, ffmpeg-3.2.4-win64-shared.

Please try with the actual Kdenlive version 18.08.2
Comment 2 Vincent PINON 2021-02-14 20:17:21 UTC
Sorry for huge answer delay.
Since then Kdenlive (MLT actually) evolved a lot.
Many known sound crackle have been solved in the past year, please try again...

Equalizer.png

Type "equalizer" into the effect search field and you should see it.
