My current desktop

Aside from the icons in the task manager, most widget icons, such as the launcher and the show desktop icons are not scaling at all. They look too small compared to the other icons.
This only happened after I updated to Plasma 5.10.1 on my Kubuntu desktop.

This is intentional so that you don't end up with super massive icons if your vertical panel is rather wide.

You can now change the maximum icon size in System Settings → Icons → "Advanced" Tab → Panel
