Description Diggory Hardy 2017-06-06 13:37:18 UTC
New document
Type "the", <enter>
Type "them", <enter>
Type "the", <enter> → autocompletes to "them"

Suggestion: do not pop up the autocompletion box when the current state of the word (e.g. "the") is also a completion (or would be a completion if that were enabled for 3 letter words).

It is least annoying when turned off altogether ;-)

Hmm, that would make it less usable for people that want to get proposals for the longer variants. I tried with other editors like Atom/gedit and what we do seems to be the common behavior.
