The launcher icons in my dock but also my profile picture in the lock screen turns yellow pixelated when I close and open my laptop again. I included a picture of my dock after closing and opening my laptop.

When you go with your mouse over the different icons they turn back to normal

Running: latest version of the User edition of KDE Neon

Did the laptop suspend when closing the cover? Are you using NVIDIA drivers?

Err, I'm not sure if it is suspended or not but... I can tell you this...

- if I just wait until my laptop screen turns off and then press a button to open the login screen then it also creates this effect.

- if I press ctrl+alt+l then it doesn't create this yellow pixelation effect

I have the options:

energy saving -> button events handling -> when laptop lid closed: suspend
energy saving -> suspend session -> after: 5 mins

Yes I am using NVIDIA drivers
