Currently the cash account is not associated with a bank*¹ and therefore in all reports for banks (Dashboard, monthly report, ...) it will be put into a "Unknown" bank.

I propose to associate the cash account to a "Cash" bank so in bank reports it will be listed as "Cash" and not "Unknown".

Skrooge version: 2.8.1

*¹: That does make sense, but is a bit annoying in bank reports.
