Description Nate Graham 2017-06-04 14:18:26 UTC
I see a lot of bugs closed due to lack of response from the originator, and notice that they never CCd themselves in the bug, so they likely never got any email notifications that someone was waiting for info. This is causing a lot of reproducible issues to fall through the cracks. For example: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=306937

People should be automatically CCd on bugs they file. They can un-CC manually if they want.

By default, email notifications are also sent to the bug reporter, whether they are in Cc or not. This can be configured by the user in https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email .

Ah, okay!
