Shift+Del is supposed to delete a file without any intervention of the trashcan. In the same time is Shift+Del by default used as the alternative shortcut for Cut. How much sense does it do, to ship a system with both enabled by default, which results in a totally unusable Shift+Del at all? Simple by default...? The funny thing is, that you cant even redo it in the bad way: So KDE is smart enough to prevent the user from such a case and comes like that by default currently. This issue dates back until 2001 (!) https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-guidelines/2015-June/000877.html So this is probably a formidable example of how users avoid to write bug reports and just deal with such annoying issues...
