Sorry but I couldn't see why it was a duplicate? My issue doesn't involve adding custom words to user dictionary, which is the main idea of bug 387729. Am I missing some insights?

If you have the "auto detection of language" option enabled, then it's a duplicate, but of bug 386611. Could you test?
