Text rendering in Konsole, Kate and KMail

In konsole, when text include east Asian characters, but the font do not include glyph of those characters (e.g., the default font), text were cropped so part of a character is invisible.

This issue exist in konsole, kate/kwrite, konquerer (when opening a text file), but not in kmail.

To reproduce: run `echo Hello 世界` in konsole, or copy the output to kate.

The issue exist in lots of distros with KDE desktop I've tested, e.g., Kubuntu 16.04 LTS, 17.04, neon and neon LTS, debian 8.7 (with KDE 4), Archlinux, and et al..

See attached screenshots for details.
