Lollypop shows a generic X11 icon, not its own icon

Linux distribution: openSUSE Tumbleweed
Desktop environment: KDE Plasma 5.9.5
Lollypop version: 0.9.233
Gtk Version: 3.22.11-1.1

Lollypop is a GTK-based music player written in Python for GNOME. It works just fine in KDE Plasma, except for one issue: when you activate Alt-tab, the icon shown in the Alt-tab bar isn't Lollypop's actual icon; it's some generic X11 icon. See the attached screenshot.

I originally reported this upstream (https://github.com/gnumdk/lollypop/issues/1092), but the developer said he thinks it's a downstream issue.
